QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a health care setting with knowledge of bracing, mobility aids and medical supplies is preferred but not necessary.
• Superior interpersonal and listening skills
• Pleasant, approachable, and patient
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing superior customer service
• Previous retail experience an asset
• Previous experience in the Healthcare industry an asset
  University Students enrolled in or interested in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, LPN are encouraged to Apply

The Customer Service Representative provides pro-active, friendly and professional service to all customers that enter our Shoppers Home Health Care stores. They focus on delivering service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, and ensure that all customers leave with everything they require to support their health needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide excellent customer service through asking open ended questions to determine the customer needs.
• Provide compression and other fittings – stocking, braces, custom fittings
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, policies, etc.
• Perform stock counts as assigned
• Receive incoming orders
• Complete all sales related paperwork
• Control cash, cheques, etc. in accordance with the cash handling policy
• Demonstrates a professional image
