OVERVIEW

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care and a strong understanding of the unique needs of clients, including those with dementia, autism, and other special requirements. This role requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dementia care practices and memory care techniques is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist clients with physical mobility challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • A caring attitude towards working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Certification in caregiving or related training is advantageous but not required.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently while following established care plans.
