All Heart Home Care is seeking a collaborative and dynamic Clinical Educator / Preceptor. We are interviewing Registered Nurses who will partner with our Clinical Directors and leadership to provide mentoring, Educator, and support to our Clinical staff. This position will require regular, on-going travel to our Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Columbia offices.
The Clinical Educator / Preceptor position:
As our Clinical Educator / Preceptor, you will work closely with our Clinical Directors and leadership to ensure the highest levels of service is being provided, along with adherence to policies and procedures. You will be accountable for supporting clinical leadership in case management, high quality clinical care, and professional development for the clinical staff.

QUALIFICATIONS for Director of Clinical Educator:

• Current, valid, and unencumbered Tennessee RN license or other Compact state RN license
• Current and valid driver license, transportation, and auto insurance
• Three or more years clinical leadership experience within a Medicare Home Health agency
• Working knowledge of the framework, organization, and function of the home health care industry
• Thorough knowledge of OAISIS and Medicare Conditions of Participation in Home Health
• Thorough knowledge of the principles and methods involved in planning and directing personnel
• Three or more years Management experience
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening
