As part of our joint venture with Touchstone Communities, our clinical managers have deep roots in the San Antonio SNF community — which means strong referral relationships, familiar patient populations, and a team that understands the full continuum of care. You'll have the support of CareM's enterprise resources alongside the feel of a close-knit, mission-driven organization. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and supportive leadership — plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate.
