• Associate’s Degree- Accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program- Required
• Occupational Therapist Assistant License (OTA)- State Licensing Board- Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- American Heart Association- Required
• Driver’s License- Required
• Auto Insurance- Required
• 1 Year- Occupational Therapist Assistant Experience- Required
• 1 Year- Home Healthcare Experience- Preferred
