Check out the Great Place to Work link! https://www.greatplacetowork.com/certified-company/7044353 Key Responsibilities: Provide overall clinical leadership and supervision of home health services Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards Oversee patient care planning, case management, and quality assurance programs Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high standards of care Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams Monitor outcomes and implement performance improvement initiatives Requirements Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 2–3 years of home health experience required Homecare Homebase EMR experience strongly preferred Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills What Makes Us Different: People-First Culture: WE truly value and support our team.
