If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team: As a Home Health Field Registered Nurse (RN), you will plan and deliver nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a nurse leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our patients. Must Have: * Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state  * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing * Ability to make quick judgments and work independently. * Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines. * At least one year of RN clinical work experience; home health experience preferred. * Ability to effectively utilize EMR and other technology to maintain HIPAA privacy, continuity of care, and team communication.    Skills & Attributes:  * Strong critical thinking skills when working independently in the field. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patient populations. * High level of organization and time management to navigate a daily route.   Nice to Have: * Experience in acute care and working in a home environment. * Experience with KanTime EMR.   Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
