What You Will Do as a Hospice Aide At Stonerise, a Home Health Hospice Aide career is more than a job or “a calling” – it’s a chance to leave a legacy of service and love on someone’s life. As a Hospice Aide, you will be responsible for observing patients, reporting/documenting these observations and care performed. Responsibilities
As a Hospice Aide, you will provide personal care to patients, assist with daily living activities, and monitor their health status. You will also report any significant changes in patients' conditions to the registered nurse.
