Job duties include: Manage staff compliance with regulatory expectations Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data Maintain quality data and reports Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results Collaborate with clinical team to identify performance improvement/QAPI issues and staff educational needs Coordinate and execute staff education as it relates to above St. Joseph Villa Homecare and Hospice is owned and operated by Delmar Gardens - a family-owned, St. Louis-based company that has been serving the community for 60 years.
