Overview Position Overview: Join our care team as an LPN Clinical Intake Coordinator and help drive high-quality, compliant, and efficient home healthcare. You'll be the go-to for clinical oversight, documentation review, and client support—ensuring our standards stay top-notch while optimizing operations.
