• Associate’s Degree or Diploma from Accredited Licensed Practical Nurse Program - Required
• 3 Years Acute Care or Long-Term Care - Required
• 1 year Home Health - Preferred
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License - Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)- Required
• Driver’s License - Required
• Auto Insurance - Required
