LVN Shifts available: Daily 8hr shifts from 8am-4pm PRN suctioning Nebulizer treatments Oral medication administration Hoyer lift Mechanical wheelchair (he controls with chin) ADLs and iADLs LVN Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies. Maintain accurate electronic documentation of patient progress and interventions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
