Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients under homecare settings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid license: DOH / DHA / NCLEX (with or without Dataflow).
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (ICU or Medical-Surgical Ward experience preferred).
  • Experience in NG tube or PEG feeding is mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Apostilled certificate required).
  • Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable to homecare environments.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Assist with procedures including NG tube insertion/management, PEG feeding, tracheostomy care, catheterization, and wound management.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the physician and care team.
  • Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with DOH/DHA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards.
