Responsibilities Implement treatment plans established by the supervising Occupational Therapist Assist patients with improving ADLs, functional mobility, and safety awareness Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program Active California OTA license Current CPR certification Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Current physical exam and TB test Professional liability insurance Business license
