Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Address deficits related to ADLs, IADLs, safety, cognition, and upper extremity function Provide patient and caregiver education to promote independence and safety Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and compensatory strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely documentation Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active California OT license Current CPR certification Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance Current physical exam and TB test Professional liability insurance Business license
