The Role We are seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our team- PRN to Part-time opportunities available. You'll work with patients in the Firestone, Fredrick, Dacono, and surrounding areas, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care. What You'll Be Doing Conducting occupational therapy assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient's physical conditions and functional abilities using OASIS Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Guiding and instructing patients in therapeutic self-care and activities directed toward improving independence and physical and cognitive functioning. Monitoring patient progress and making adjustments to care plans as needed Building supportive relationships with patients and their families, helping them through each step of their recovery journey Collaborating with the care team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care What's In It for You? Requirements Job Requirements: What Makes You a Great Fit Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid Colorado Occupational Therapist license Valid BLS Certification Experience in home health settings preferred Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record
