Location: Home Health - Fort Worth Department: Administration Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Home Health Patient Service Coordinator I manages patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely delivery of durable supplies and services. Provides information to customers about company products. Acts as a liaison between customers and the company regarding supply sales. Receives and processes patient reimbursement information from patients, physicians, hospitals, and third-party payors. Coordinates patient information and services to ensure clean claims.
