The Role We are seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team- PRN/Part-time opportunities available. You’ll work with patients in the Greeley and surrounding areas, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys building strong patient relationships and providing personalized, hands-on care. Requirements What Makes You a Great Fit · Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program · Valid Colorado Physical Therapist license · Valid BLS Certification · Experience in home health settings preferred · Exceptional communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care · Licensed driver with current auto insurance and good driving record
