Job Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and improve their quality of life. Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes. Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to provide comprehensive care and achieve the best possible results. Documentation: Accurately document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with BAYADA policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: A current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware. At least one year of experience in physical therapy is preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.
