WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Active, Hawaii license as a Physical Therapist (PT). * Minimum of one year of clinical experience (home health experience is a huge plus, but we welcome strong clinical backgrounds). * Excellent communication, time management, and independent clinical documentation skills. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes. * A genuine dedication to serving seniors and giving back to our local Oʻahu community.
