Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy visits addressing the full scope of a patient's needs in their home environment to help them overcome challenges and make meaningful progress in daily life and recovery. Clinicians are expected to make independent clinical decisions and focus on quality, personalized, one-on-one patient care.
