We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our talented pool of caregivers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Proactively source and screen caregivers, LPNs, and RNs using various channels, including social media platforms, online job boards, professional networks, and community events. Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation, completing pre-employment paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Scheduling: Collaborate with the operations team to schedule new hires, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained to meet client needs. Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees, case managers to gain interest and foster a supportive environment. Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics, trends, and performance to management. Requirements Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in home care or healthcare. Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and online job boards such as Indeed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient and positive demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
