As a Part-time Weekend Admissions Registered Nurse on our close-knit team, you’ll enjoy the autonomy of fieldwork, the support of a collaborative clinical team, and the opportunity to grow in a mission-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Perform initial assessments to develop and update personalized care plans Deliver skilled nursing services and specialized procedures per physician orders Complete timely, accurate documentation including OASIS assessments Educate patients and families on safety, medications, and health conditions Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient condition Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team and participate in team conferences Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards Requirements What We’re Looking For Active RN license in the state of New Mexico At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, home health strongly preferred Proficiency in OASIS documentation and home health regulations Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Ability to work independently with reliable transportation Current CPR certification Weekend days availability Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Why Join Us At Corus Home Health, part of the CareM family, our mission is to bring out the courage in others.
