Registered Nurse Supervisor Seeking Registered Nurses Case Managers to join our team of nurses who are committed to the highest standard of care, integrity and reliability. Hallway Healthcare provides in-home nursing care to retired Nuclear and Federal Workers that have received benefits through EEOICPA or FECA. These are the workers who have retired from Department of Energy facilities such Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Sandia National Lab Lawrence Berkeley National Lab, Stanford Linear, etc. We also serve Federal Workers such as US Postal Workers. Job Duties:  - Supervise and oversee aspects of care and documentation of Licensed Nurses, CNA's and HHA's - Assess documentation adheres to the Plan of Care to the highest skilled nursing intervention - Provide accurate and clear documentation of care tied to the POC and DOL approved diagnosis - Perform monthly assessment of patients condition - Audit the MAR - Regularly monitor patient threads on our secure messaging system - Initiate renewal of care every 12 months; coordinate renewal appointment - Prepare Clinical Review in Support of Eligibility and recertification assessment - Create Plan of Care - Attend recertification appointments with the patient and their primary physician - Order supplies needed at patients homes - Review/Update medications in the MAR - Provide verbal report to new nurses, CNA, HHA Qualifications: * Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. * Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, with experience in case management, in-home health, or occupational health preferred. * Supervisory experience preferred.  * Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple patient cases effectively. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.  Required Education, License and certification: * Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing. * Current California RN/LVN License * Current BLS Certificate BENEFITS: - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - 401k - 401k match up to 3% - Mileage 1 way after 30 miles **Insurance available for full-time employees. 401k eligibility after clocking 1,000 hours.  APPLY TODAY!
