          Who we are looking for... We are looking for a Home Health Revenue Specialist III to deliver exceptional customer experience for our billing and recovery clients. We want proactive problem solvers to aid the billing services team process home health claims to all insurance payors including Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, Veterans Administration, and Commercial plans. You will be responsible for client communications, performance updates, and providing consultative support of our software to our clients. Axxess fosters a collaborative culture that fuels innovation and excellence and is recognized nationally as a “Best Place to Work.” What you will do… * Onboarding new billing clients including initial inventory evaluation, reviewing account setup, communicating client responsibilities, and reinforcing expectations to client. * Performing daily billing and posting activities for all assigned clients * Performing accounts receivable analysis for all clients to maximize client cash flow * Reviewing pre-billing activities in client software to identify potential risks and improvement opportunities * Process monthly invoices and reviewing for accuracy * Engaging clients to ensure appropriate communications are maintained * Entering and responding to Help Desk service tickets * Stay current on changes in home health regulations and payer requirements * Providing suggestions for process, systems and service improvements What you bring… * Bachelor's degree required * 5+ years of Home Health billing experience required * 3+ years of experience working with Clearinghouses * Strong knowledge of Home Health billing regulations and reimbursement * Understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and UB-04 claim forms * Strong written and verbal communication skills and leadership abilities * Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to work in the Dallas office as this is not a remote role Axxess is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
