Participates in coordinating care with management and patient interdisciplinary team. Provides effective communication to patients, staff members, other healthcare professionals, and referral sources. Responds to Agency and patient needs in a professional and creative manner. Demonstrates commitment, professional growth, and competency. Promotes the Agency philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care. Requirements High school graduate (college preferred). Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR is preferred. One year general office experience, preferably in Healthcare. Excellent computer skills required Experience with database applications preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills
