As a Home Improvement Sales Manager, you’ll own the sales cycle from lead to close, mentor junior reps, and play a key role in shaping our team’s performance and success. You’ll be closing hot, pre-qualified residential leads-no cold calling-while working within a company that rewards initiative, leadership, and results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of proven sales experience in home services (e.g., landscaping, roofing, alarms, solar, pest control)
  • A strong closing rate (35-40%+) and relentless drive to succeed
  • Expert in presenting, handling objections, and closing on the spot
  • Leadership mindset - others learn just by watching you work
  • Confident, coachable, and highly competitive
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
