JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Certified Home Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate is licensed, reliable, professional, and passionate about providing thorough inspections with excellent client communication.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Home Inspector Certification
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel across the region for inspections
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A customer-first attitude and professional demeanor

• Perform detailed residential home inspections
• Prepare and deliver clear, accurate inspection reports
• Communicate effectively with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism at all appointments
• Travel to inspection sites throughout the GTHA.
