Responsibilities

As the Home Lending Executive you will be pro-active in building your portfolio base and actively manage your customers to ensure all needs are explored and the right solutions offered.
You’re a trusted adviser who can guide customers and business partners throughout the lending journey, and your experiences and insights are essential to developing authentic long term relationships.

More broadly, you will:

  • Draw from extensive experience in products, processes, policies and lending risk appetite to describe options and value propositions, answer questions and resolve objections effectively
  • Develop a reputation for being a trusted advisor by guiding customers and business partners on the lending journey.
  • Build advocates and focus on how CBA can deliver authentic and long terms relationships
  • Proactively research and utilise industry and customer network to enhance and share knowledge of Regulatory requirements and its impacts on the market, industry, customers and the Group
  • Develop and maintain internal and external referral sources and effectively ask for business and coach others in how to ask for business through deeper and proactively customer and business partner relationship.Build own referral partner network externally.

  • Show advanced application of the Group’s risk framework to attract and retain customers. Effectively question risk situations and encourage a speak-up culture.
