Responsibilities

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior marketing consultant to join Home Lending marketing that will support the segment marketing team through event support, marketing initiatives and channel strategy.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and participate in complex initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact, and act as key participation in large-scale planning for marketing
  • Act as key participant in complex marketing analysis, customer retention, customer profile, sales, and profitability for marketing
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives related to marketing
  • Analyze and interpret trends to ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations, and policies related to marketing
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals cross enterprise, cross lines of business, vendor relationships and cross functional resources on highly complex initiatives to achieve marketing deliverables
  • May lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
