Our Home Lending Specialists thrive on creating long-lasting relationships as well as proactively creating new relationships. They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence and advocacy in every interaction.

YOU ARE:

• Looking for a relationship based exciting opportunity to build your own brand in the community.
• You’ll have, a strong presence in the local community, building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network.
• Once trained up and ready, you’ll be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and put your solid understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers’ financial needs.
• As a lender, you’ll be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete
• The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers and your existing network.
• You have a strong will to learn and adapt well to change.
