QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in banking or mortgage servicing is preferred.

  • Ensure compliance with TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing regulations.
  • Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate the loan approval process.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for loan processing and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the processing phase.
  • Utilize basic math skills to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and payments.
  • Manage escrow accounts as needed throughout the loan process.
  • Perform 10 key typing tasks efficiently to ensure timely processing of applications.
