Required Qualifications & Skills Feature Requirement Experience 7+ years in Mortgage Sales Leadership, specifically in a distributed retail environment. Leadership Proven track record of managing multi-layer sales organizations (managing managers). Recruiting Demonstrated ability to source high-performing LOs and teams. Financial Literacy Deep understanding of P&L management, margin management, and secondary market and product trends. Communication Elite ability to translate corporate goals into actionable local sales tactics, driving volume and key referral partnerships as we grow and scale the channel.
