Description

We are currently looking for a Home Maintenance Service Team Leader – VOIDS to join our leadership team, working across the voids workstream to ensure that our homes are ready for incoming customers. This is a key role in helping us to deliver safe affordable homes and in a first-class customer focused approach.

Do you have previous experience in social housing, property maintenance or construction?
Are you committed to putting the customer at the heart of what you do, as “we champion our customers”?
Do you have experience of leading, managing, developing & motivating operational teams?
Be able to create specifications on SORs for property repairs and component replacements?
Be flexible with working hours and going the extra mile to make a difference to our customers?
