Our Calgary group seeks a Home Maintenance Specialist to help protect custom builds, assist with upkeep, plus give direct service to our clients. You will work side by side with a lead expert who will guide you as you grow your skills.

Role Overview As a Home Maintenance Specialist, you will:

• Carry out upkeep tasks across custom houses: drywall, carpentry, small plumbing, touch-ups
• Support upkeep of house systems such as HVAC, HRV, radiant heat, plus AC units
• Check, adjust, plus repair where needed to keep each house safe, steady, plus in top shape
• Work directly with clients, reply to issues with respect, plus keep clear records
• Learn with guidance of a lead expert, with steady skill growth as a goal

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior work in a keeper trade preferred (carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, or related)
• Skill with tools plus safe use of upkeep gear
• Strong detail care plus problem solving drive
• Trustworthy, polite, plus able to talk clearly with clients
• Driver’s card required
