We are looking for a discreet, organized, and service-oriented Home Manager / Butler to oversee the smooth daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver professional household management with a high standard of service.

Working Hours: 5 days work week
Salary: Up to $11000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience as a House Manager / Butler / Personal Assistant in a private household preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service mindset
• Ability to anticipate household needs and resolve issues proactively
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism

• Oversee day-to-day household operations and ensure the residence runs smoothly
• Supervise and coordinate with domestic staff and external service providers
• Manage household inventory, supplies, and maintenance schedules
• Assist with meal service, table setting, and entertaining guests when required
• Handle errands, reservations, and personal requests for the family
• Maintain the highest level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
