Job description:
Bradwell Hall Nursing Home is a large, modern, purpose-built and family-run care facility providing both Nursing and Residential care. Fully compliant with CQC standards, our home offers a supportive and fulfilling environment for older adults, including dedicated dementia care units.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager to lead our team and uphold the highest standards of care, clinical governance, and resident wellbeing.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disabilities.
  • Ideally holds or is working toward a management qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or the Registered Manager’s Award.
  • Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a similar setting.
  • Strong background in elderly and dementia care.
  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Able to effectively manage budgets and resources, ensuring a cost effective service that does not compromise on quality.
