A fantastic new opportunity has opened at Reactive for a Registered Nurse Manager to lead a lovely LD facility in the Craigavon area. This home offers specialised and high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and has built a strong reputation within the local community of Armagh.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to oversee the clinical and operational excellence of the home while leading a dedicated, skilled care team.

Essential Criteria;

  • Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification nursing experience, including:
  • At least 2 years in a LD care setting (within the last 5 years)
  • At least 2 years managerial experience
  • A management qualification or relevant managerial experience within the past 5 years

Key Responsibilities;

  • Leading and managing all clinical and care operations
  • Oversee staff recruitment, development, and performance
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centred, high-quality care
  • Striving for a continuous improvement within the home and uphold regulatory compliance
  • Building relationships with residents, families, and the wider community
