One of Brightisle’s programs, Momentum Developmental Support, began as a residential-care system for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our team quickly learned that our clients needed a team who understood their abilities and mental health experiences. Momentum is currently seeking a Home Manager to join our team in Metro, NL.

Work collaboratively with members of the care team to develop and implement a supportive living plan for clients. Lead teams of Developmental Support Workers to provide safe, healthy, and therapeutic home environments for the clients in your care with your can-do attitude.
What you’ll bring?
Post-secondary education, and knowledge or experience working in the health care or social science industry and a satisfactory Record of Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check, and valid driver’s license is required.
