As the Home Mortgage Processor Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness of each loan submission. You will verify that the required loan documentation has been provided. The ability to organize, identify and promptly notify the customer and LO of missing items in a professional manner is essential to the role. Primary responsibilities include Review all loan files for required documentation, identify missing critical documents, verify information is up to date. Provides excellent customer service. Acts as primary contact for customer, liaises between LO and underwriter, and responds to calls and emails in a timely manner. Manages loan process, order all documents needed, organize underwriting conditions, and monitor closing dates to close files quickly. Updates system throughout the Loan process.
