Provide AmazingCare to the population we serve Managing daily care for patient while adhering to clinical guidelines set by provider Daily logging of clinical notes within EMR System (Kantime) Pay: LPN: $23-$27/hr RN - $30-$38/hr Sign on Bonus: Nights: $4,000 - FT $2,000 - PT Days: $1,000 - FT $500 - PT Schedule: Nights, M-Sun Available (Adult Client) Valid Practical or Registered Nursing License within State of Utah Active BLS certification 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required Valid drivers license , reliable transportation commuting to patient location Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Paid weekly

Responsibilities

Provide Amazing Care to pediatric patients and manage daily care while adhering to clinical guidelines. Log clinical notes within the EMR System.
