Responsibilities Receive, review, and process incoming documents and records according to company standards. Classify and file records systematically for easy retrieval. Maintain and update electronic databases and physical filing systems. Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and improve record-keeping processes. Provide support for audits and record reviews when required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
