OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various construction and renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople to achieve high-quality results.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should have a strong background in construction with experience in the following areas:

• Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other equipment operation
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices
• Experience in concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work
• Skills in Flood and Fire restoration processes is an asset
• Familiarity with construction estimating practices
• Previous experience in cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and construction painting

• Perform concrete forming and finishing as part of structural renovations.
• Execute cabinet installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and caulking with precision.
• Conduct restoration work on existing structures while maintaining their integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Estimate materials for renovation projects to ensure budget adherence.
• Operate equipment safely when required for specific renovation tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
