Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the process of purchasing new homes, from initial inquiry to closing
  • Present and promote residential properties, including villas, apartments, and off-plan developments
  • Conduct property tours and highlight key features, amenities, and community benefits
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable housing options
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, developers, and referral partners
  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and legal documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s residential communities and lifestyle offerings
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and property listing platforms
  • Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
