POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking to fill a Home Sales Consultant role in our Del Valle Sales Center with a high-energy, career-oriented individual who is passionate about helping families achieve the dream of home ownership. Successful Home Sales Consultants earn over $100,000 a year in compensation and are provided with company benefits, including paid vacation and healthcare.

DESIRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum High School or GED required
  • Driver’s License Required.
  • Bilingual is a plus - English/Spanish.
  • 3-5+ years of proven track record within a direct selling role.
  • Proficient in math.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must exemplify professionalism in appearance and daily interactions with the team, management, and customers.
  • Support all team members and exude a collaborative approach to ensure the success of self and others.
  • Maintain an adaptable and flexible attitude.
  • Must be able to handle high-volume situations.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, positive attitude, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Competitive and responsive attitude toward team members and prospective customers.

    Responsibilities: (Drive Sales Process)
  • Develop, practice, and deliver a good sales presentation consistent with company training.
  • Responsible for a high level of activity, including, but not limited to, engaging with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and setting appointments to close.
  • Respond to customer queries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a good line of communication with Tierra Homes team members.
  • Utilizing all resources to transition leads to prospective customers and consistently following up with customers under contract.
  • Generate referrals by upholding oneself to a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Enter leads, appointments, and all communication using the FHX RSMS Software.
  • Serves as trusted advisor/primary point of contact for home buyers from initial meeting through home closing.
  • Tour and demonstrate model homes, presenting Tierra Homes knowledgeably and professionally.
  • Work with all clients to understand and identify their vision while aligning the perfect home to meet their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with all customers throughout the home buying process using SMS, Email, social media, and phone services.
