JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Security Installation Technician to join our Edmonton team. In this hands-on role, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot cutting-edge security systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your work directly impacts our customers’ safety and peace of mind, so attention to detail and quality workmanship are essential.

• Install, configure, and test advanced security systems, including alarms, cameras, access control, and other smart security equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure systems operate flawlessly
• Provide outstanding customer service by professionally addressing client questions and concerns
• Educate clients on system operation and upkeep to maximize their security investment
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth project completion
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all installations, service calls, and maintenance activities
