YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Home Services District Manager, you’ll oversee multiple branch locations throughout Indiana, working from our Marion, IN office and traveling locally as needed-with occasional overnight stays. Your role will be hands-on and high-impact as you mentor and develop branch managers, drive operational goals, and ensure consistent execution of our company’s mission and vision. You’ll review reports, monitor trends, and keep your finger on the pulse of sales, service, and team performance. You’ll foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement while promoting vendor partnerships, ensuring policy compliance, supporting technician development, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Every day, you’ll bring energy, strategy, and leadership to help us reach new heights across every location you touch.
