Media Buyer (Facebook Ads & GoHighLevel) Remote | Full-Time | Growth + Bonus Opportunities
We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer to join our performance-driven team. This role involves managing and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns and building backend systems in GoHighLevel for local lead generation. You’ll be working behind the scenes — no client communication required — in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

We’re a lean, profitable digital agency currently generating over $400K/month in revenue. We specialize in lead generation for home services and have built a streamlined backend powered by Airtable, GoHighLevel, and Facebook Ads. You’ll be stepping into a role with clear systems, efficient workflows, and plenty of room for growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • FLUENT English speaker (required)
  • Sub-5 minute response time during business hours
  • Availability: Monday–Friday 9AM–5PM ET, Saturday 9AM–1PM ET
  • Proven experience managing Facebook Ads (including optimization strategy)
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, forms, etc.)
  • Basic video editing skills using tools like CapCut or similar
  • Strong data analysis skills — must understand CPL and ROAS
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused
  • Self-motivated: you take ownership and prioritize what moves the business forward
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-moving, no-fluff environment
Responsibilities
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns
  • Build and configure landing pages, forms, and automations inside GoHighLevel
  • Create and test video ad creatives, including basic editing and AI voiceovers
  • Monitor campaign performance and make proactive adjustments to improve CPQL
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues, ad disapprovals, or underperformance as needed
  • Collaborate internally with our operations team (not clients)
