VirtueStaff is seeking a a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with experience in the HVAC industry to join our client. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing both inbound inquiries and outbound outreach. You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by providing administrative support and helping to document and refine internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Responsibilities Efficiently handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution of customer needs Assist with daily office management tasks and provide general administrative aid to ensure smooth business operations Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve service consistency Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams, specifically within the HVAC service context Maintain precise records of customer interactions and service requests with a high level of attention to detail Proven experience in the HVAC industry, as well as a strong background in Customer Service and Admin Assistance or Office Management Expertise in SOP creation and process improvement Exceptional customer service and communication skills Extreme attention to detail and organizational abilities Comfort and familiarity with modern CRM and communication platforms Preferred experience in Chiirp and Sarah Systems software Work From Home Performance Bonus
