JOB SUMMARY: The Home Sharing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of the Home Sharing Program within the organization, ensuring adherence to CLBC policies, procedures, and standards. This includes recruitment, screening, approval, and oversight of Home Sharing Providers, as well as promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity within all aspects of the Home Sharing department. The Home Sharing Coordinator works closely with supported persons, Home Sharing Providers, support networks, external professionals and CLBC representatives to achieve contract objectives and positive outcomes for supported persons receiving Home Sharing services.
